General Conditions of Sale

1. These general conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all the information necessary for the user regarding orders, products, payment, and delivery of purchases made in the Online Store on the website www.rosegold.pt.

2. Customer Service
The online store does not have a physical shop; the pieces are produced in the atelier, located at Rua Gonçalves Zarco nº 19, 8100-698 Loulé, where in-person service is provided by appointment only. Purchases, exchanges, and collections may only be carried out through the online store and by email contact: info@rosegold.pt

3. Prices and products
The prices shown on the website and on Rose Gold’s Instagram are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the applicable shipping costs will be added.
RFS may change the prices and product specifications contained on the website without prior notice.
RFS may run product promotions at any time.

4. Payment methods:
– Bank transfer
– Mbway.

5. Dispatch will take place within up to five (5) business days after the order. Delivery is carried out via CTT Express. Shipping costs are added to the order price. Alternatively, you may collect your order in person at the Atelier, at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

1. This returns policy has been drawn up based on the legislation in force and may be updated without prior notice.
2. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis. The
request must be submitted in writing to the contact email info@rosegold.pt within ten (10) days after the order, and the cancellation or return instructions will be replied to and defined via the same means of communication.

The email must include:
• Customer name.
• Order number.
• Telephone contact.
• Order date.
• Date of receipt of the order.
• Product purchased.

Whenever possible, the refund should be made via the same payment method; however, if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.

The online store undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of fifteen (15) days.

3. A return or exchange is accepted if the product delivered does not correspond to what was ordered by the user. In this case, the Online Store undertakes to send a new order at no additional shipping cost, as well as to deduct from the shipping amount the expense borne by the customer. The return request must be submitted by email within ten (10) business days after the order, after which it will be analysed and replied to via the same means. If the product is not refused at the time of delivery at the atelier, the user may not request an analogous product;
4. Returns of personalised products are not permitted.
5. For an exchange/return to be successfully completed, the item must be delivered in perfect condition, in the same way as it was sold, and accompanied by the respective invoice, tags, care cards and message, box, wrapping, etc.
6. Flowers are a perishable product with a short lifespan, and therefore it is not possible to return or exchange them, as the product will not be in its original perfect condition. If they are preserved flowers (made up solely of preserved flowers), due to their composition they have greater durability; the Online Store will ensure the exchange, however the shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

The ROSE GOLD EVENT PLANNING & CONCEPT brand reserves the right, at any time, to introduce modifications or changes to the Terms and Conditions. The user should consult the Terms and Conditions regularly.

If the user does not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, they must cease using the website.
